Jan. 6 Panel Report Makes Contested Claims About Rally That Day, and Excludes Key Events

In its report on the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol breach, the House Jan. 6 panel made a series of contested claims about the events of that day and the weeks leading up to it while excluding details of several key events leading up to the rally.
After several delays, the panel released the report early in the morning on Dec. 23 (pdf).
The report is the culmination of a months-long investigation by the panel, which is dominated by critics of President Donald Trump.
